Lynette Gaskins began her work with IRECC as an intern from Mildred Elley in February of 2022. Upon finishing her internship, she officially joined the team and is now the Office Manager and Head of Human Resources. Lynette graduated from Mildred Elley in May 2024 with an Associates of Science degree in Business Management. Mrs. Gaskins has years of experience in office and business administration. She is well-organized, efficient, a quick learner, and an invaluable member of the team. |

At IRECC, Ajabree oversees the financial evaluation & management of our clients. Graduated from Siena College in 2010 with a bachelor’s in psychology. After graduation, Erin traveled around Europe teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) until 2015 when she joined Mr. Jones and the IRECC team. She handles loan coordination, communication between client(s) and lender, organizes third party engagement and reports (such as appraisals and environmental reports), performs project due diligence, creation of loan proposals and other loan documents, coordinates closings, accounts payable and accounts receivable. She is the office and loan closing coordinator as well as holding a New York State Real Estate Salesperson license. |
